Bokashi is the fermentation of organic matter with the help of microbes. Fermentation takes place in an anaerobic Bokashi bin by effective micro-organisms.

The Biolan Bokashi Compost Bin is an easy, practical, and stylish way to reduce organic waste at home.

  • Helps to recycle food waste at home
  • Produces plant-nutritious liquid and fermented scraps
  • No odor, No flies
  • Easy to use
  • Compact and Stylish design

Biolan Bokashi Transforms kitchen waste into valuable pre-compost and bokashi tea. This eco-friendly solution helps reduce the amount of waste ending up in landfills, converting organic waste into nutrient-rich pre-compost and fertilizer.

Pre-compost is ideal for adding to a garden composter or directly to the soil, this process enriches your garden with beneficial microbes and nutrients, promoting healthier and stronger plant growth.

Bokashi tea is a nutrient-dense liquid fertilizer. This “tea” can be easily collected through the well-designed tap, providing an excellent organic fertilizer for all your plants. It supports robust plant growth, giving them the nutrients they need to thrive.

The airtight seal and secure lid of the bins prevent unpleasant odors from escaping and keep flies at bay, making them perfect for indoor use.

The modern and stylish design of the Bokashi bins fits into any kitchen space. Compact size is ideal for typical household waste production, handling about two weeks’ worth of organic matter. This thoughtful design not only complements your kitchen but also provides practical functionality.

The set includes two 10-liter Bokashi composters, allowing for continuous composting. As you fill one bucket with daily kitchen waste, the other can ferment for 14 days.

Using the Bokashi bin is easy. Simply add your kitchen waste, sprinkle the included EM-Bokashi bran, tamp it down, and close the lid. Drain the liquid every few days, and once the bin is full, let it ferment for 2 weeks. The resulting pre-compost can then be added to your garden composter or soil, completing a smooth and efficient composting cycle.

This set is perfect for eco-conscious individuals looking to reduce their carbon footprint and enrich their garden soil.

Easy-to-use.
