You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends after 14 days from when the products have been received.
Please note that all substrates ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE and NOT REFUNDABLE after their package has been opened.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Biolan Oy, Lauttakyläntie 570, FI-27510 Eura, FINLAND, 358 2 5491 600, biolanshop@biolan.com) of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email). You can use the attached cancellation form, but its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (save for additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services. We can refrain from refunding the payments until we have received the products back or until you have proven that you have sent the products back.
You must send the products back or hand them over to us (at the following address: Boomerang Distribution OÜ, Aasa tee 1, Loo alevik Jõelähtme vald, 74201 Harjumaa, Estonia) without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the products back before the end of the 14-day deadline. Products to be returned must be packed carefully.
You must be responsible for the direct costs arising from the return of the goods. The costs are estimated to be a maximum of approx. 300 EUR
We can also send a courier to pick up the products ourselves, but this service is for a fee and this money will not be returned to you.
You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the products, which is the result of handling the products in other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
